7 Health Rules to follow

Do you feel like tired all the time? Can yoy walk freely and in speed? Do you sleep properly at night? 

I guess mostly the answers are not that positive, why, because you do not follow the golden rules of maintaining health.

Your health is your asset, rest are temporary. Money you can earn if you work,house, car and other amenities can be purchased if you have money. But whether or not you are having money health is always right to keep. You can afford to spend the money in treatment if you are sick and perheps can’t replace any organ at your will.

Then why not to keep you fit and healthy?

Here is the rule number 1.

Always feel healthy. At the time of sleep, you should spell the few words to your self and the god you believe. But it should be confident enough. Not that you are bluffing to yourself. Because what we really believe become the core of our inner mind, which act to regenerate the chemical balance in our brain and both physical and spiritual body. You must believe in the words you speak during the prayer prior to sleep. That you are healthy, you posses the power of health and vigour and active. That translate the thought to the power of your sub- conscious. So strongly believe in your health. Spend time to norture and maintenance of your body. Your body is the temple of your mind. And thats the power of your subconscious.
